Dr. Jonathan Rutchik
has been serving as a neurology, toxicology and forensic expert since 1995. Dr. Rutchik is an experienced medical legal consultant (expert witness) providing litigation support to both plaintiffs, applicants and defense attorneys, insurance companies (approximately 50/50) specializing in toxic tort and personal injury, product reliability related to neurology.

Dr. Rutchik has had experience with cases related to neurological problems and physical accidents, trauma as well as chemical and pharmacological exposures in occupational and environmental settings. Dr. Rutchik believes in evidence and scientifically based medicine. Some examples of cases where Dr. Rutchik has acted as a consultant are listed below:
